Scholarship Benefits
Each selected student will receive:
- A $5,000 scholarship to help offset the financial burdens of medical education.
- A chance to join a network of scholarship recipients committed to driving diversity in healthcare.
- Recognition for contributing to a more inclusive and representative medical landscape.
A total of five (5) scholarships will be awarded in this application cycle.
Eligibility requirements
To apply for this scholarship, all applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident, or hold Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status.
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. medical school. (Note: students who are beginning medical school in Fall last year and are not yet enrolled at the time of application are not eligible.)
- Must identify as part of an underrepresented racial or ethnic group, as defined by the National Science Foundation:

- Hispanic or Latino
- Native American (including American Indian, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian)
- Pacific Islander

- Demonstrate a strong academic standing and commitment to completing their medical degree.
- Must not be an employee, affiliate, or immediate family member of Panacea Financial or any associated promotional agencies.
This scholarship is meant to serve medical students who face additional hurdles due to their backgrounds and who are actively working toward creating positive change within their communities and the broader healthcare space.

- An official transcript from your current medical school verifying your full-time enrollment.
- A clear image of your school ID badge as proof of identity and enrollment.
- A completed online application form, including your statement and background details as they relate to your eligibility.
